External Relations Manager

James Burns is the External Relations Manager.  The role of the External Relations Team is to support the business in promoting the profile and conveying the direction and purpose of Jobcentre Plus, by: 

• managing relationships with appropriate stakeholders
• linking internal and external business relations
• managing Marketing campaigns, and controlling brand management
• communicating key messages to internal and external audiences

Lorena Spittal is the Local Partnership Manager.  The role of the Local Partnership Manager is to establish productive partnerships with external organisations and develop effective ways of working together.
