Background:

Jobcentre Plus has joined up with local partners to form the Arena Group. With over 3,000 new jobs being created in North Coventry with the development of an Arena Stadium and Retail complex, including one the largest Tesco Extra stores in Europe the team are working to support local people and employers.

The Arena Group has commissioned an Arena Jobs Bus, which is used to reach people in the community and help them prepare for returning to work, whilst advertising Arena vacancies and registering those interested in future vacancies, the bus provides an invaluable service.

The Arena Group can also provide support and help to Employers setting up on the Arena site, they can provide full recruitment support and advice, including vacancy promotion, matching, issuing and sifting application forms and organising interview facilities.
