External Relations In The South East

Jobcentre Plus has a key role to play in the continuing economic success of the South East Region, by ensuring the workforce available meets employer requirements. It is essential that Jobcentre Plus works with the business community, voluntary and community organisations and other Government Departments to provide a cohesive and effective service.

The External Relations Team co-ordinates the efforts of separate parts of the organisation to ensure that we work with the right people, deliver the right messages and achieve the results that the ministers and communities we serve expect of us.

My team covers employer engagement, working with partner organisations, responding to redundancies and European Social Fund provision. Each if these functions are explained in more detail in the Regional Information pages.
