Business Britain called on investigative journalists from around the country to compile a comprehensive review on every human resource and recruitment provider in the UK over a three-month period.

The publication concluded that Jobcentre Plus was head and shoulders above its competitors.

A range of criteria was used while assessing nominated companies and organisations, including the range of services on offer, ease of service implementation, flexibility of the recruitment drive, marketing and promotion, customer relations and relevance to businesses.
