One of the UK’s leading nursing and care agencies, Prestige, has joined forces with Jobcentre Plus in a nationwide recruitment drive offering a range of employment opportunities in healthcare.

A recruitment day is to be held at Bankfield House Jobcentre in New Union Street, Coventry, on Monday 26th September from 10am to 4pm.

Potential applicants are invited to arrange an appointment through the Jobcentre Plus office or their local branch of Prestige - or just come along for an informal chat. Prestige managers and Jobcentre Plus staff will be available to discuss the variety of jobs on offer.

Prestige Nursing is looking for experienced nurses, homecare workers, healthcare assistants, and support workers to supply NHS Trusts, local authorities, private hospitals, residential homes, private homecare clients, prisons, schools and charities. Homecare workers with no experience are also being recruited.

Prospective members who wish to have their application processed immediately should bring as many of the following documents as possible:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
• Passport
• Birth Certificate
• NI number
• Proof of address
• x 2 Training certificates if held
• 3 passport photos

All applicants will have to be able to provide two professional references and will be subject to a Criminal Records Bureau Check.
