2004/05 Targets

Jobcentre Plus’s main targets are agreed with the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions. These are published in an annual Business Plan, which includes targets for:

• job outcomes
• monetary value of fraud and error - (Due to a number of factors, up to date figures are not currently available. However, the most recent figures published as National Statistics by the Department in December 2004, show we reduced the loss to 6.4%, up to March 2004, against our target of 6.9%)
• customer service standards 
• employer outcomes; and
• business delivery
