It tells you how Jobcentre Plus, your local council, and other organisations can give you advice and information. They can help you get on to support programmes to find work or keep a job. The booklet gives information about moving from benefits to employment. It also covers telling your employer about your disability. Disabled people will be able to use the booklet when drawing up or reviewing support plans. It will also be useful for support brokers and care managers.
