The External Relations Teams in the West Midlands support Jobcentre Plus business by developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

The teams work in partnership with a wide range of public and private organisations to identify, and respond and contribute to the direction of regional and local policies and strategies to best meet the needs of our customers and the region.
