Work Skills Award:

This award is for a LEP employee, nominated by a LEP employer.

For your employee to win this award you need to show the outstanding achievements the employee had made in developing themselves and their skills. This will be demonstrated by providing evidence of:

  • Taking up opportunities offered by your organisation to develop their skills;
  • The additional skills they have gained whilst in employment which could include formal qualifications, skills gained from in-house training such as customer service or IT as well as personal development such as increase in confidence levels and interpersonal skills; and
  • The difference the upskilling has made to their lives.

Nominations closed on Friday 5 December.
