Getting Back to Work Award:

This award is for a LEP employee, nominated by a LEP employer.

For your employee to win this award you will need to show the achievements the employee has made to secure employment with your organisation. This will be demonstrated by providing evidence of:

• The personal or skills based barriers they have overcome;
• Pre-employment initiatives provided to the employee by your organisation, Jobcentre Plus and/or partners through LEP; and
• Subsequently gaining employment with your organisation.
