To win this award you need to show a commitment to developing your LEP workforce and will excel at unlocking and nurturing talent. This will be demonstrated by providing evidence of:

• Successful pre-employment initiatives through LEP, giving specific examples;
• Clear career progression paths available to LEP employees; and
• The benefits gained by individuals and the organisation of workforce development.
