This award is for a LEP employer.

To win this award you need to show a commitment to diversity in recruitment. This will be demonstrated by providing evidence of:

• How you have actively recruited people from diverse backgrounds who have previously been overlooked in the labour market;
• Recruiting from the social groups who reflect the make up of the local community; and
• A recruitment campaign(s) demonstrating a positive approach to recruiting a diverse workforce. Examples could include recruitment advertising campaigns which actively target certain groups such as older workers or lone parents.
