Recruitment Innovation Award:This award is for a LEP employer. To win this award you will need to demonstrate a high degree of innovation in your recruitment and retention practices. This will be demonstrated by providing evidence of:
- How you have taken a different approach to your recruitment practices through LEP, for the benefit of the local community;
- How you have been innovative and creative to aid staff retention, including figures which demonstrate an improvement in your rate of staff turnover; and
- Initiatives that support or enhance work-life balance. Examples could include creative initiatives to help lone parents enter work, or support which enables people with disabilities to enter and remain in work.
