Jobcentre Plus makes no charge for services provided to employers. We want to fill your vacancy quickly and efficiently with the right person. You can help us to do this by:

• providing full details of your vacancy, including hours, wages and the kind of skills knowledge or qualifications you want applicants to have. The more information you give us at this stage the more you will be able to attract suitable applicants;
• providing a detailed candidate specification (or minimum criteria for the job if you are a Disability Symbol User) so that candidates can assess their own suitability if responding to you directly. If you would like us to sift the applicants on your behalf, we will use this specification to find suitable candidates for you.
• telling us about any flexible work patterns, pension schemes, childcare options that will extend and improve your recruitment opportunities.
• agreeing a date on which your vacancy will be removed from display. We normally do this automatically after two weeks to avoid sending either too many candidates, or too few, but we can vary this to meet your own requirements.
