Vacancy Service ManagerYour Vacancy Service Manager is based in the Jobcentre Plus office or Jobcentre closest to your vacancy and is responsible for managing the recruitment process from the moment we take your vacancy until it is filled. In doing this, your Vacancy Service Manager will:
- contact you within two working days, to discuss your vacancy;
- advise you about the availability of candidates and the local labour market;
- be able to provide information on vacancy related employment legislation, training, rates of pay, Equal Opportunities, specialist types of employment and employing disabled people;
- advise you about the best way of filling your vacancy;
- be your local contact if you wish to discuss any aspect of your vacancy.
