Job Warehouse

You may already handle large numbers of vacancies within your organisation, with your own established procedures and HR support. We can give you access to all of our labour market coverage, without the need to notify each vacancy individually.

What is Job Warehouse?

It is a service that enables recruiters with large volumes of vacancies, which they prefer to manage within their own organisation, to tap into the Jobcentre Plus vacancy display services.

Large volumes of vacancies can be submitted in a single transaction using developed file formats/templates making the process of sharing vacancy information easier and quicker. These will be displayed on our:

  • website -the most visited recruitment website in the UK, receiving over 1 million visits and over 3.5 million job searches conducted every week;
  • Jobpoints - electronic search service available in our local office outlets
  • remote access Jobpoints in supermarkets and other outlets; and
  • telephone matching service which receives over 120,000 calls each week from people looking for work.
