What happens to my benefits when I find a job?You might have to give up some of your benefits if you find a job, but you could also get other kinds of support - such as Working Tax Credit. If your job doesn't work out and you have to claim benefits again within 12 weeks, you might be able to put in a claim to get the same benefits you were getting before you started work. We can help you make sure you don't lose out financially and tell you how your benefits might be affected. For more information contact Jobcentre Plus. |
