Your RightsAs a disabled personThe Government is committed to making sure disabled people have equal rights. From employment rights to rights of access, there are laws to protect you. The Disability Rights Commission works with disabled people, employers and service providers to make sure disabled people can take part - in the workforce, as members of their community and as consumers. The Disability Rights Commission can give information and advice about your rights, and might be able to support you if you think you have been discriminated against.
