Targets 2005/06

Jobcentre Plus's main targets are agreed with the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions and are published in an annual Business Plan.

These Targets are designed to improve Jobcentre Plus' overall productivity, efficiency and effectiveness

Currently, we have Targets for:

• Helping people into work - the Job Entry target
  
  
• Cutting fraud and error - the Monetary Value of Fraud and Error target
• Helping Employers to Recruit - the Employer Outcome target
• Helping all our Customers - the Customer Service target
• Doing the right thing at the right time - the Business Delivery target
• Efficient Delivery of Services - the Unit Cost target
